Introducing our New Factory Manager

Marcos is a qualified and experienced Production Engineer who has 20 years’ experience within leadership roles across manufacturing, product development, R&D, warehousing functions, procurement, and sales.

He has experience and expertise in plastic fabrication, woodworks and joinery, handling a variety of woods and other materials like MDF, laminate, compact laminate, acrylic, aluminium, and stainless steel. Responsible for complete fabrication of all phases of custom cabinetry and commercial furniture for public spaces. Marcos is a result driven individual, willing to challenge existing processes and procedures with a goal of increasing productivity and safety levels. Responsible for achieving major productivity gains through continuous improvement of processes, equipment, preventative maintenance, and team members, he focuses on safety, quality, efficiency and utilizing Lean principals: (1) defining value, 2) mapping the value stream, 3) creating flow, 4) using a pull system, & 5) pursuing perfection).

Experience with exceptional problem-solving ability and decision-making skills, with an analytical approach to issues, needed in fast paced production environments.

Marcos’ experience makes him perfect for our new production manager, with different elements of his background composing himself for the variety of components that build ours (and your) motorhomes to the highest quality ensuring you can travel far and wide in them!
